MEMBER PRE-MATCH LUNCHES:

Welcome back to an exciting new season of rugby at the Big Field, where after promotion last season we be competing in National 2 East against what will certainly be stronger opposition.

As before we will be hosting VP and Members lunches, prior to each home league game. These excellent lunches are great value at £30.00 per person and include the following

  • 3-course gourmet lunch prepared by Robert Foster our ‘Chef de Maison’
  • Entrance to the club to watch the game and use of facilities
  • Match-day programme.

We will also have a number of lunches which are two courses to allow for earlier kick off times and these will be priced at £25 with the same other benefits as noted above.


A number of the home fixtures will be designated ‘sponsors days’ and ‘themed’ lunches, including a Former Players and Coaches lunch on October 1, Octoberfest on October 22, JDYDF lunch on January 11, and the ever-popular Partners' Day on February 25.

It would assist greatly with the organisation if members could make early bookings, via the club website. Booking deadline is Wednesday prior to each game, but we envisage lunches booking out well before then.

Any lunch cancellation MUST be advised no later than Wednesday 12:00 noon before each lunch, otherwise, payments will not be refunded.
